Eligibility Criteria for Personnel Manager and Other Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Personnel Manager: Gradaute with MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 10 years of experience in the fields of Personnel/Human Resource & Administration.
- Personnel Executive: Gradaute/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management with minimum 02 years of experience in Personnel/Human Department.
- Board Secretariat Advisor: Candidates having membership with Institute of Company Secretaries of India with atleast 03 years of working experience in the respective fields preferably in CPSU.
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Candidates must have passed ICWA/CA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 05 years of experience in Finance & Accounts preferably in CPSU.
