Eligibility Criteria for Office Assistant, Personal Assistant and Other Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • Office Assistant – Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks and minimum 5 years of post-qualification secretarial experience or Master Degree with minimum 55 marks and 3 years of post-qualification secretarial experience in office work in a reputed organization/Govt. department.
  • Personal Assistant – Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks and minimum 5 years of post-qualification secretarial experience or Master Degree with minimum 55 marks and 3 years of post-qualification secretarial experience in office work in a reputed organization/Govt. department.
  • Driver – 12th passed and 5 years of experience in driving and knowledge of traffic rules and regulations involved in the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures is a must.
  • Junior Engineer – Diploma in civil engineering with minimum 60% marks and minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering minimum 60% marks and 3 years with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Librarian -Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. One year specialization in the area of Information Technology /Archives or Master’s Degree in the same area. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience post-qualification in Group - ‘A’ post or in analogous posts or grade
  • Financial Adviser & Chief Accounts Officer – Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant OR M. Com preferably with S.A.S or equivalent, with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Minimum 10 years of experience post-qualification as Accounts Executive in industry/Govt./Public Sector undertaking, having knowledge of Government financial, accounting, taxation & audit rules and procedures.
  • Administrative Officer (Academics) – Post-Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks OR Post-Graduate degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Post-qualification experience of at least 8 years in administration / academic / admission activities out of which 5 years in independently handling these functions preferably in a reputed Academic Institution/ University.
  • Accountant – Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with minimum 55% marks and minimum 5 years of post-qualification secretarial experience or Master Degree in commerce with minimum 55 marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Store and Purchase Officer – Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks and minimum 5 years of post-qualification secretarial experience or Master Degree with minimum 55 marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience in the purchase department in a reputed organization/Govt. department.
  • Secretary to Director – Post-graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade and minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience or Graduate Degree in any discipline minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade and minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Sr. Library & Information Assistant –Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with minimum 55% marks and minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience or Master Degree in Library Science with minimum 55 marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization/Govt. department
