Eligibility Criteria for JRF and Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• JRF (Indian wheat, rye and barley)- M.Sc in plant Biochemistry / biotechnology/ Genetics and plant Breeding / Bioinformatics and NET qualified
• SRF (Wheat grain Quality project)- M.Sc/M.Tech on plant Sciences with specialization in biotechnology/ bioinformatics/ Food science. Having Master degree in therelevant subject with 4 years/ 5 years of bachelor’s degree or post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree with NET/GATE qualification as per ICAR notifications
• SRF (Molecular genetic analysis of resistance / tolerance to different stresses in rice/wheat/chickpea/mustard including sheath blight complex genomics and resistance mechanism- Component Wheat)- M.Sc. in Genetics/plant Breeding/Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Biotechnology NET qualified NET exemption will be given to: Candidates having PhD degree Candidates having four year graduation degree
• JRF (“Combining field phenol typing and next generation genetics to uncover markers, genes and biology underlying drought tolerance in wheat” ( DBT-BBSRC CGAT)- Master Degree in Plant Physiology/Biotechnology/Biological Sciences with 4 or 5 years bachelor degree or Master Degree in Plant Biological Sciences with 3 years bachelor degree and NET qualified
• SRF (“Identification and Characterization of terminal heat stress responsive micro RNAs in wheat”)- Master Degree in Genetics/molecular biology/plant Breeding/Biotechnology/any other related discipline with 4 or 5 years bachelor degree or Master Degree in Genetics/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/ Biotechnology/ any other related discipline with 3 years bachelor degree and having NET qualified
• Project Assistant (CRP-Agro biodiversity component wheat)- B.Sc. (agri.)/B.Sc. (Bolany) Candidated should working knowlwdge (MS word/MS excel) in computer
• SRF (“CRP on Hybrid Wheat”)- M.Sc(Ag) in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Biotechnology/ Agricultural Botany with 4 years Bechelor degree. Candidates having 3 years Bachelor degree and / or M.Sc degree must have NET/GATE
