Indian Council of Agricultural Research Notified National Eligibility Test Examination -2012

Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) is all set to hold the NET Examination 2012 on 20 January 2013 at thirty three centres across the country as per rules of the examination.

It is imperative for the candidate to attain the age of 21 years as on 1 August 2012. There is no upper age limit for the National Eligibility Test.

Any candidate looking for admission to the Examination must apply to The Secretary, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 on the application form available on the Website.

The application form should be filled up by the candidate in his / her own handwriting only. A candidate must read the provisions contained in this Notification for NET Examination,2012 carefully and abide by the same.
Also, a candidate must fulfill all the conditions of eligibility regarding age limits, educational qualifications etc. prescribed for admission to the examination.

The number of attempts for appearing in the National Eligibility Test Examination will be limited to five for all candidates (whether M.Sc./Ph.D.) including the in-service candidates of I.C.A.R. However, this restriction will not apply to SC and ST candidates, who are otherwise eligible.
