- Biology: Ph.D in Biological Sciences with two years of experience
- Chemistry: Ph.D. in Chemistry with specialization in Physical/ Inorganic/Organic Chemistry (desirable) with two years of experience
- Earth Science, Atmospheric and Oceanic Science, Environmental Sciences: Ph.D. with two years of experience in the areas of
- Geochemistry with knowledge of aqueous chemistry, isotope ratio mass spectrometry, ion chromatography etc. (desirable).
- Exploration geochemistry and geochemical prospecting
- Electronics: Ph. D, with two years of experience and sound programming skills
