Educational Qualification:
- Scientist -D – Ph.D in Library and Information Science with four years relevant experience in a supervisory position or M.Lib/M.L.I.Sc. or equivalent with 10 years relevant experience in a supervisory position. Evidence of innovative library services, published work and professional commitments. Experience in computerized library operations and working networking or IT environment
- Scientist –B- MLSc/ equivalent with one year experience
