Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. DGM (Finance): Possessing experience of not less than 15 years in Finance and Accounts. Must possess professional qualification of CA/ICWA/ MBA (Fin.) or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
2. DGM (HR): Possessing not less than 15 years experience in administration, Establishment and Accounts matters. Must possess Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/HRD from a recognized university/ institute.
3. Manager (Finance): Having experience of working in the integrated Finance Deptt. of Ministry/Deptt. Of the Central/state/UT Govt./PSU for a period of 05 years. Must possess professional qualification of Chartered Accountant/ IC WA or equivalent.
4. Deputy Manager (Vigilance): Officers of the Central Govt./State Govt. /PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/UTS/ Central Police Organization/State Police Organization/CBI holding  analogues post in vigilance.
5. Assistant Manager (Vigilance): Possessing at least three years of experience in dealing/investigation of vigilance / disciplinary cases.

Age limit: Upto 56 years

1. DGM (Finance): 37400-67000-8900
2. DGM (HR): 37400-67000-8900
3. Manager (Finance): 37400-67000-7600
4. Deputy Manager (Vigilance): Rs.19000-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.6600
5. Assistant Manager (Vigilance): Rs.19000-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.5400
