IIT Kanpur declared the results Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. The JAM 2014 was held on 9 February 2014. The Joint Admission Test was conducted to judge the eligibility of candidates applying for admission to M.Sc, Joint M.Sc-Ph.D dual degree and other postgraduate degree programmes at IITs and IISc.The candidates successful in JAM 2014 are eligible to apply for admission in corresponding academic programmes available at IISc and IITs.
On the basis of their score, the candidates can apply to one or more academic programmes covered under those test papers, subject to fulfillment of the minimum educational qualifications (MEQs) and the eligibility requirements (ERs) of the admitting institutes.
