- Doctor (R.M.O.): MBBS from a recognized university / medical college and registration with State Medical Council
- Staff Nurse: 4 years Diploma in GNM from a recognized institute and registration with State Nursing Council
- Dresser: Matriculation from a recognized Board
- Chowkidar: Matriculation from a recognized Board
Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years
Pay Scale
- Assistant Teacher: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
- Doctor (R.M.O.): Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
- Staff Nurse: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
- Dresser: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-
- Chowkidar: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-
