The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited (LVB) invited application for recruitment of GM/DGM posts in various departments. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format on or before 30 July 2013. LVB was founded in 1926 by seven people of Karur under the leadership of Shri V.S.N. Ramalinga Chettiar, mainly to cater to the financial needs of varied customer segments. The bank was incorporated on 3 November 1926 under the Indian Companies Act, 1913.

Age Limit
- Candidate’s age must be between 40-50 years as on 1 May 2013 for all posts except Regional Head.
- Candidate’s age must be between 40-45 years as on 1 May 2013 for Regional Head.
Educational Qualification
- Head IT (GM): Candidate should be Graduate or Post Graduate in IT.
- Head HR (GM): Candidate should be Post Graduate or MBA in HRD with BL/ LLB.
- Head Audit (GM/ DGM): Candidate should have Post Graduate or Law qualification with CAIIB.
- Head Risk Management (GM): Candidate should have Post Graduate with CAIIB.
- Head Monitoring (GM/ DGM): Graduation with MBA or Post Graduate with CAIIB.
- DGM – Corporate Finance: Graduation with MBA or Post Graduate with CAIIB.
- Regional Head (DGM): Candidate should be Post Graduate with CAIIB or CA.
Selection Procedure
Candidate will be selected on the basis of personal interview.
