Total vacancies: 11 posts

1. General Manager (Plant): 1 post

Grade: E8

Minimum Age limit: 50 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.51300- 3%- 73000 per month

Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ EEE/ Production/ Instrumentation) and minimum 20 years work experience.

2. General Manager (Marketing & Distribution): 1 post

Grade: E8

Minimum Age limit: 50 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.51300- 3%- 73000 per month

Qualifications: Any Degree (Agriculture/ Horticulture) with MBA in Marketing and minimum 20 years work experience.

3. Liaison Representative (New Delhi Office): 1 post

Grade: IV

Maximum Age limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.9830- 3%- (30) per month

Qualifications: Any Degree with at least 3 years’ experience and sound knowledge of Hindi and English.

4. Medical Assistant: 1 post

Grade: IV

Maximum Age limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.9830- 3%- (30) per month

Qualifications: Passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with B.Sc. (Nursing). Must be registered with the State Nursing Council and have at least 3 years’ experience as Medical Assistant/ Nursing Assistant. 

5. Junior Technical Assistant – Maintenance (Crane Operations): 3 posts

Grade: III

Maximum Age limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.9270- 3%- (30) per month

Qualification: - SSLC with valid HMV License and Crane Operation Experience Certificate. 5 years experience as Crane Operator.

6. Fireman: 4 posts

Grade: II

Maximum Age limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.9020- 3%- (30) per month

Qualifications: SSLC with Fireman’s Certificate Course (OR) Ex-Servicemen who has undergone training in Basic Fire Fighting and Operation of Fire Tenders with a Certificate from Defence Services. 5 years experience in Fire Fighting operations including operation of Foam/ Water Tenders; must possess valid HMV License.  

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the personal interview for Posts at Sl.No.1 to 3 and written test, if required, followed by an interview for the remaining posts.

Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 (for posts at Sl. No. 1 & 2)/ Rs. 250 (for posts at Sl. No. 3, 4, 5 & 6) through a crossed DD drawn in favor of ‘Madras Fertilizers Ltd.,’ payable at Chennai.
