Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
Candidates must have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) or a similar test accredited by the UGC
Additional Qualifications for Physical Education: Represented the University / College at the Inter-University Competition or the State in National Championships.
Candidate must pass the prescribed Physical fitness test

However, before taking the test, candidate will have to produce a medical certificate, certifying that she is medically fit.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Interview.
Only short-listed, selected will be called for Interview.
Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 250 (Rs. 100 for SC / ST / Pwd candidates) have to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favor of ‘The Principal, Maitreyi College’ payable at New Delhi.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filed in application form along with self attested copies of required certificates / testimonials and fee DD to ‘The Principal, Maitreyi College, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110021’ so as to reach the concerned office on or before 16 September 2013.
Those applying for multiple subjects should submit separate applications for each post.
Application form can be obtained from the office of the College from 1000 hours to 1700 hours on or before 16 September 2013 either in person or through Post by sending a self addressed and stamped envelope.
