Maulana Azad National Urdu University invited application for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor and Associate professor in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology and Physics. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 29 November 2013.

Educational Qualification

Associate Professor (Electronics & Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology)

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree of respective Engineering / Technology branch with 1st class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s OR Master’s level with minimum of 10 years applicable experience in teaching / research / industry

OR

• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in respective Engineering /Technology branch with 1st Class or equivalent either Bachelor’s or Master’s level and Ph.D or equivalent in appropriate discipline in Engineering / Technology and Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in teaching / research / industry.

Assistant Professor (Electronics & Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent and Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology, first class or equivalent is required at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• Knowledge of Urdu

Assistant Professor- Physics

• Master's Degree level in a concerned subject from a recognised Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university with at least 55% marks
• The candidates must have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET

Pay Scale

• Associate Professor: Rs. 37400-67000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 9000/-
• Assistant Professor: Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.  5000 /-
• Assistant Professor- Physics: Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 6000/-

Registration Fee: Rs. 500/- for General & OBC candidates through crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad, on any Nationalized Bank payable at Hyderabad.
