Eligibility Criteria for MIDHANI Forge Press Operator, Melter & Other Jobs:

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Ring Rolling Operator: Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in Radial/axial Ring Rolling Mill operation.
• Forge Press Operator: Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in operation of Computer/PLC controlled open die hydraulic forge press.
• Melter for Investment Casting Plant: Diploma in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in melting of various steel, super alloy castings in Induction Melting Furnace and should have knowledge of charge calculations as per grade requirements, operation of cutting machines for charge preparations, sample preparation for chemical analysis and familiarity with fork lifts & cranes.
• Melter for Titanium casting Plant: Diploma in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in melting of Titanium grades for Titanium Castings in Vacuum Arc Skull Melting Furnace and should have knowledge of charge calculations as per grade requirements, operation of cutting machines for charge preparations, sample preparation for chemical analysis and familiarity with fork lifts & cranes.
• Moulder for Investment Casting Plant: SSC or ITI (Fitter) and NAC with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in making wax patterns, wax assembling as per gating & raising system design and ceramic shell building, de-waxing, patching of shells, sintering of shells and should have proficiency in understanding gating & risering system drawings/casting drawings and familiarity with fork lifts & cranes.
• Operator-Fettling: SSC or ITI (Fitter) and NAC with minimum 7 years post qualification experience in knockout operations of castings, cutting castings for welding and finish grinding after welding, casting welding co-ordination and should have experience on knockout machine, abrasive cutting machine/ bandsaw cutting machine and familiarity with fork lifts & cranes.

Age Limit for MIDHANI Forge Press Operator, Melter & Other Jobs:

• Not more than 42 years for post no. 1 to 4.
• Not more than 37 years for post no. 5 & 6.
