MOSPI Notified Recruitment for 49 Posts of Field Investigators 2014

National Sample Survey Office (NSSO), Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MOSPI) invited applications from eligible candidates who fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following posts of “Field Investigators” for Guwahati, Vadodara and in their regional and Sub- regional offices.The candidates eligible for the post may applyon or before 29 June 2014.

No. of Posts: 49 Posts            [06 Posts for Guwahati and 43Posts for Vadodara].

Educational Qualification/ Experience  :

• Graduate Degreein Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics as one of subject, from a recognized University.
• Knowledge of Computer Applications like MS Office etc.
• Must know local language.
• Experience in conducting field survey and field data collection work in a Government Organization.

Age Limit &Relaxation 

Age Limit of candidate should be between 21 to 30 years and Age relaxation for the category candidates should be as per rules.

Pay Scale: Rs. 16,500/- Per Month plus other allowances as admissible.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
