Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Deputy General Manager (HR): Two years MBA/Two years Post Graduate Degree with specialization in HR/Master’s Degree in social welfare with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare/Two years Post Graduate Diploma in HR/HRD/Personnel Management or its equivalent from a recognized institute/university with minimum 60% marks.
• Deputy General Manager (Sales): Engineering / MBA graduate.
• Deputy General Manager (Law): Graduate Degree in any discipline and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) OR 5 years Integrated LLB Degree.
• Manager (Medical Services): Pass in MBBS with minimum 60% marks with completion of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship(CRRI) and possess(***) a Certificate(****) of Training in Industrial Health, of minimum three months duration, recognized by the state Government. OR Pass in MBBS with minimum 60% marks with completion of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) and possess a recognized Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent.

Age Limit

• Deputy General Manager: 46 years of age
• Manager (Medical Services): 38 years of age
• Executive (Internal Audit): 43 years of age
