National Health Mission – Himachal Pradesh notified recruitment for MBA Graduates

The National Health Mission, Himachal Pradesh has invited applications from the interested Male Candidates to be engaged on daily wages basis as Independent Field Volunteers (IFV) in different Districts of the State initially for a period of one year which is renewable based on individual performance and requirement of the Department.

Important Date for Recruitment at NHM:

The last date to apply for the post is on or before 16th March 2015.

Qualification & Experience required for Recruitment at NHM:

• MBA in Health Care Management or any other relevant qualification awarded by the recognized University in India.
• The candidate shall be bonafied resident of Himachal Pradesh and should be aware with the working knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in computer especially knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of custom, manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar condition prevailing in the Pradesh.
• Experience in the field work with Govt./NGO/ International Organizations in monitoring and supervision of National Health Programmes/ Immunization/NID etc. will be preferred.
• The candidate should have a valid driving license with personal accident insurance of minimum 2 lac rupees.

Age Limit for Recruitment at NHM: The candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years in age.

Remuneration for Recruitment at NHM:

Rs.450/- per day for a maximum 25 days in a month. Also will be eligible for monthly vehicle maintenance grant of Rs.1000/-PM. A mobility support of Rs.150/-per day will be paid for maximum of 25 days in a month. Total payment per IFV per month will be approximately  Rs 16000/-.

Job profile at NHM:

Person will support the Distt. Programme Officers (CH& Immunization) at Distt. level in order to strengthen the immunization, child health, AFP and Measles surveillance activities in blocks of the districts. He will work under technical supervision of SMO, NPSP Unit (WHO) Shimla.
