Age limit
• Registrar: Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 56 years.
• Assistant Scientific Officer (PHE): Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 35 years.
• Office Superintendent (Admn.): Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 55 years.
• Office Superintendent (Accounts): Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 55 years.
• Stenographer: Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 28 years.
Educational qualification
• Registrar: Officers of All India Services Group ’A’ in Junior Administrative Grade with grade pay of Rs 7600/-. In the Pay Band of Rs. 15,600 -39,100/- (PB-III) OR with three years regular service in the Senior Scale in the pay band of Rs. 15,600-39100/- plus Rs. 6600/- (Grade pay).
• Assistant Scientific Officer (PHE): B.E/B.Tech Degree in Agricultural Engineering with 3 years experience. OR M.E. /M. Tech Degree or equivalent in the relevant subject with 1 year experience in Application Technology or Soil & Water Management.
• Office Superintendent (Admn.): Bachelor Degree from recognized university or equivalent with 8 years experience in administration.
• Office Superintendent (Accounts): Bachelor Degree in commerce from a recognized university or equivalent with 8 years experience in accounts work and knowledge of basic computer application is essential.
• Stenographer: Bachelor Degree from recognized university and Capacity to take down dictation Shorthand/Typing speed of 80/30 in English with knowledge of basic computer application and data entry.
Pay Scale
• Registrar: Rs. 15600-39100 + GP Rs.7600
• Assistant Scientific Officer (PHE): Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200
• Office Superintendent (Admn.): Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200
• Office Superintendent (Accounts): Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200
• Stenographer: Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400
Selection Process
Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in written exam and personal Interview.
