• Chief Regional Planner: B.Arch/B.E. (Civil)/Bachelor of Planning/M.A. (Geography) and Master Degree in Urban/Regional Planning.
• Joint Director (Technical): B.Arch/B.E. (Civil)/Bachelor of Planning/Master Degree in Geography/Economics.
• Deputy Director (Technical): B.Arch/B.E. (Civil)/M.A. (Geography) and Master Degree in Urban/Regional Planning.
• Assistant Director (Technical): M.A. (Geography)/B.E. (Civil)/B.Arch and Master Degree in Planning.
• Assistant Director (Project Finance & Procurement): ICWA/CA/MBA in Finance.
Age Limit for Joint Director, Deputy Director & Other posts:
• Maximum 50 years for post no.1, 2 & 3.
• Maximum 50 years for post no.4 & 5.
