Eligibility Criteria for Doctor and Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Doctor (Medical Officer) (District/Block-NCD Clinic)-MBBS with Registration in Chattisgarh Medical Council
• Dental Surgeons & Dentists (Non-FRU SDH/CHC) (NHM)-MDS with Registration in Chattisgarh Council is compulsory or BDS with Registration in Chattisgarh Council is compulsory
• ANM (24x7 & NRC)-12^th pass , ANM passed and INC affiliated training center and live registration in chattisgarh nursing registration counselling
• SN (24x7PHC) (NHM)-B.Sc. Nursing  or GNM course passed with registration  and live registration
• RMNCH/FP counselors (Female) (NHM)-PG Degree /Diploma in Psychology/Counselling /Health Education /Mass Communication /Social Science
• Technician (NCD)- D.M.L.T or B.M.L.T course with registration in CG Paramedical council
• Counsellor (NCD)- PG Degree /Diploma in Psychology/Counselling /Health Education /Mass Communication /Social Science
• Data Entry Operator (NCD)-Graduate with at least one year Diploma in Computer Application
• Block Account Manager-B.Com (Minimum 55% ) plus one year Computer Diploma (PGDCA). Knowledge tally is compulsory
• Accounts and Data Assistant (PHC level) PADA (NHM)- 12^th pass with at least one year Diploma in Computer Application
• Data Entry Operator (NPCB)- 12^th pass with at least one year Diploma in Computer Application
• Office Assistant (immunization)- 12^th pass with at least one year Diploma in Computer Application
• District Data Assistant (NHM)-B.Sc. (CS/IT) or BCA (Minimum 50%) or Graduate (Minimum 55%) + one year computer Diploma (PGDCA)
• Data Entry Operator District  level/block level (NHM)- 12^th pass with at least one year Diploma in Computer Application
• Medical Officer (Female)(RBSK)-BHMS/BAMS/BUMS Degree registration from Any GOI recognized (BHMS/BAMS/BUMS) Ayush, Homeo, Unani Registration Board
• ANM (RBSK)-ANM course passed in Indian Nursing Board and Registration in CG Nurses Registration Council
• LT (RBSK)- D.M.L.T or B.M.L.T with registration in CG Paramedical council
• ICTC Counselors-PG Degree /Diploma in Psychology /Social work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing or Graduate in Psychology /Social work /Sociology/ Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing. In the case of those required from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS.
• ICTC Lab Technician-Graduate in Medical Laboratory technology (B.Sc) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
• STS ( Senior Treatment Supervisor) –Bachelor’s degree or Recognized sanitary inspector’s course . Certificate course in computer operation (Minimum two months). Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler
