Eligibility Criteria for District Microbiologist & Other Posts 2016

Educational Qualification

• Sr. Consultant Quality Improvement & Quality Assurance, SHSRC: The candidate must have MBBS degree from an Institution recognised by Medical Council of India with PG Diploma in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management / Public Health Management / Health Management / Health & Family Welfare Management. S/He must have valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration S/He must have at least 5 years post qualification experience in hospital administration / hospital management, out of which 2 years of experience must be in hospital quality certification / accreditation like NABH / NQAS / ISO/SNCU.
• Consultant Quality Improvement & Quality Assurance, Tech: The candidate must have MBBS degree from an Institution recognised by Medical Council of India with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration in Govt. hospital (District / State or equivalent level) or from reputed private hospital. OR The candidate must have MBBS degree with MD in Community Medicine from an institution recognised by Medical Council of India / MBBS degree from an institution recognised by Medical Council of India with Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration in Govt. hospital (District / State or equivalent level) or from reputed private hospital.
• Consultant RMNCHA (Tech.): MBBS / M.D. in O&G / M.D. in Pediatrics from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India with valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration. S/He must have 3 years post qualification experience in health programme management and implementation.
• State Leprosy Consultant-NLEP: MBBS degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India with valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration.
• Consultant, Public Financial Management System: The candidate must have passed MCA / M.Sc. in IT / M.Tech. in Computer Science / IT from a recognised University / Institution with minimum 60% marks. S/He must have at least 2 years post qualification experience in the position of Team Lead / Operational Manager in operating web based financial monitoring & management system of Central / State Govt.
• Programme Associate, Public Financial Management System (PFMS): The candidate must have passed MCA / M.Sc. in IT / M.Tech. in Computer Science / IT from a recognised University / Institution with minimum 60% marks. S/He must have at least 2 years post qualification experience in the position of Assistant Manager / Assistant Operational Manager in operating web based financial monitoring & management system of Central / State Govt.
• District Microbiologist-IDSP: MBBS degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India with valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration. S/He must also have Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Microbiology / Virology / Pathology / other laboratory sciences from any recognized University / Institution. OR MBBS degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India with valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration. S/He must have 2 years lab experience in diagnostic services for epidemic prone diseases. OR M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology from a recognized University / Institution with 2 years post qualification experience in clinical laboratory science. OR M.Sc. in Microbiology from a recognized University / Institution with 2 years post qualification experience in clinical laboratory science.
