National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), an Autonomous Institution under Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, deemed to be a University under De-Novo category. The Institution has been set up as an apex world class institute of global standards in Food Science & Technology Category.
NIFTEM works as a Sector Promotion Organisation / Business Promotion Organisation of the food processing sector. The institute has well established world class infrastructure including fully equipped laboratories with latest equipments.
