NIT, Tiruchirappalli Notified Recruitment for Various Teaching Posts 2014

National Institute of Technology(NIT), Tiruchirappalli (Tamil Nadu) invited applications from eligible Indian Nationals for filling up the Faculty Posts in different disciplines. Selected candidates will be on probation period of oneyears. The candidates eligible for the post may applywithin on or before 08 October 2014.

Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification

• Possess Ph.D or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Having relevant experience in the concerned field.

Pay Scale

• For Post 1: Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- plus Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 10,500/-
• For Post 2: Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/-  with Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 9,500/-
• For Post 3: Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 8,000/- Per Month. (for Regular Post) and GP should be Rs. 6,000/- or Rs. 7,000/- (for Contract).

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Testfollowed by the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
