Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts Job

Educational Qualification

• Manager (Mechanical): B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering from an institution of Repute with 8 to 12 Years of experience in Coal Handling Plant in coal mines sector. Must have experience in drawing evaluation, site fabrication, quality control, structural and mechanical equipment erection, safety management, progress review etc.
• Manager (Safety): Degree in Engineering from an institution of repute OR B.E./ Diploma in fire engineering or Diploma in Industrial Safety with 15 to 20 Years of experience of working in a construction facility in managerial capacity in Coal Handling Plant in coal mines sector or in similar sector.
• Manager (Contracts & Commercial): B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an institution of Repute with 8 to 12 Years of experience in Coal Handling Plant project in coal mines sector or in similar sectors.
• Sr. Manager (Civil): B. Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering from an institution of Repute with 12-16 Years in project construction having Knowledge on Survey with modern instruments, AUTOCADD, Analysis of maps/ plans, estimation of quantity & cost of material, equipment & labour, contract management and documentation w.r.t. civil constructions.
• Sr. Manager (Project Monitoring Group): B. Tech / B.E from an institution of Repute with experience in relevant sector.
• Assistant Manager (Stores): Any graduate with MBA, preferably in Materials Management with 4-6 years of experience in stores management, Inventory control and management, Record keeping in any large industrial project and must have experience in ERP.
• Assistant Manager (Safety): Degree in Engineering from an institution of repute OR B.E./ Diploma in fire engineering or Diploma in Industrial Safety with 4 to 5 Years of experience of working in a construction facility in Coal Handling Plant in coal mines sector or in similar sector.
• Sr. Assistant Manager (Civil): B. Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering from an institution of Repute with 3 to 5 Years in project construction having Knowledge on Survey with modern instruments, AUTOCADD, Analysis of maps/ plans, estimation of quantity & cost of material, equipment & Labour, contract management and documentation w.r.t. civil constructions.
• Sr. Assistant Manager (Mechanical): B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering from an institution of Repute with 3 to 5 Years of experience in Coal Handling Plant in coal mines sector.
• Sr. Assistant Manager (Electrical): B. Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering from an institution of Repute with 3 to 5 Years of experience in Coal Handling Plant in coal mines sector. Must have experience in project formulation, project monitoring, electrical installations of a new Coal Handling Plant project.
• Sr. Assistant Manager (Control & Instrumentation): B. Tech / B.E in C & I or Instrumentation Engineering from an institution of Repute with 3 to 5 Years of experience in Coal Handling Plant in coal mines sector. Must have experience in project formulation, project monitoring, control & instrumentation installations of a new Coal Handling Plant project.
