Odisha Public Service Commission invited online applications for Odisha State Civil Services Examination 2011 from the candidates who were eligible for the year 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 before the changed rules came included i.e. 2011 rules.
Provided that the candidates who were within the prescribed upper age limit (i.e. under thirty-two years of age) as on 1st January,2007, 1st January,2008, 1st January,2009 and 1st January,2010 shall also be eligible to apply. For further details refer the mentioned link.
