Educational Qualification:

• Medical Officer MBBS- MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India with Registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council.
• AMO (Male) - BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS Degree Registration from any GOI Recognized (BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS) Ayush, Homeo, Unani Registration Board.
• Lab Technician- D.M.L.T. or B.M.L.T. or Pathology Course Registration in CG Paramedical.
• A.N.M.- ANM Course passed in India Nursing Board.
• Block Programme Manager- MBA or MSW.
• Block Account Manager- B.Com (minimum 55%) + 01 year Computer Diploma (PGDCA)
• PADA- 12^th Passed with at least 01 year Diploma in Computer Applications.
