Eligibility Criteria for Law Officer and Deputy Law Officer Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Law Officer : candidate should have completed Degree in Law from a recognised university with 10 years of legal work experience. candidate should be an officer of Central/State/UT holding analogous position on regular basis in parent cadre with 05 years’ service in requisite grade.

Deputy Law Officer : candidate should have completed Degree in Law from a recognised university with 03 years of legal work experience. candidate should be an officer of Central/State/UT holding analogous position on regular basis in parent cadre with 03 years’ service in requisite grade.

Selection Process for Law Officer and Deputy Law Officer Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of deputation.
