Eligibility Criteria for JGM, Assistant Manager, Pilot, and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
General Manager (Business Development & Marketing) : MBA from a recognised Institution / University with specialization in Marketing with 15 (Fifteen) years post qualification executive experience out of which minimum two years should be at the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Joint General Manager (Operations Administration): Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 4500 hours of Helicopter Flying experience including 1000 hrs as PIC + IR. (Requirement of CHPL/ ATPL (H) may be relaxed in case of Defence Pilots). The candidate should have 12 (twelve) years of flying experience including administration of flying operations out of which two years in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in any Airline / Defence Aviation.
Joint General Manager (Commercial): MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing / Finance or equivalent from a recognised University / Institution with 12 (Twelve) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least two years should be in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Assistant General Manager (Commercial) : MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing / Finance or equivalent from a recognised University / Institution with 7 (Seven) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least two years should be in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Assistant General Manager (Operations Administration): Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 3500 hours of Helicopter Flying experience including 1000 hrs as PIC + IR. (Requirement of CHPL/ ATPL (H) may be relaxed in case of Defence Pilots). The candidate should have 7 (seven) years of flying experience including administration of flying operations out of which two years in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in any Airline/Defence Aviation.
Assistant General Manager (Safety): Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL (H) / CPL OR Engineer holding B.Tech / BE / Equivalent Degree in Aeronautical Engineering OR AME licence holder. The candidate should have minimum 7 (Seven) years of Aviation experience out of which at least 2 (Two) years should be in next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Manager (Safety) - at Mumbai; Delhi & Guwahati - on contract basis: Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL (H) / CPL OR Engineer holding B.Tech / BE or equivalent Engineering Degree OR AME licence holder. The candidate should have minimum 3 (Three) years of Aviation experience out of which at least 2 years should be in next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Manager (FOQA) at Mumbai - on Contract basis: Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL (H). The candidate should have minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in Civil Aviation out of which at least 2 years should be in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organisation.
Experienced Helicopter Pilots - on Contract basis: Pilots holding current & valid licence - CHPL or ATPL (H) with endorsement on AS-350B3, Bell-412/407/206L4, Dauphin N/N3, Mi-172 & ALH Dhruv helicopters with relevant flying experience.
Fresh Helicopter Pilots - on Contract basis: Pilots holding current & valid licence - CHPL or ATPL (H)
Selection Process for JGM, Assistant Manager, Pilot, and Other Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic merit and performance in the interview.
