Eligibility Criteria for CEO, Manager and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Chief Executive Officer: post-graduate degree in any area of life sciences and an MBA and 10-year experience.
Senior Manager (Administration and Finance): post-graduate degree in finance or an MBA and 5 years experience in 5 years in the field of project/service management, or procurement/accounting etc.
Deputy Manager (Civil works): B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5/8 years’ hands-on experience in handling medium or large construction projects.
Service Coordinator: A graduate degree with a post-graduate qualification in management. 3 Years experience is essential.
Management Assistant: Bachelors' Degree with 3 Years experience.
