XLRI has invited application from the interested candidates for its XAT – 2017. All the interested and eligible candidates must apply on or before 11th December, 2016 through proper channel. In order to apply for this course, all the interested candidates are required to make a payment of INR 2500 through proper channel, which is non-refundable.
Eligibility Criteria for XAT 2017
Minimum qualification for admission to the Postgraduate programme in Business Management (BM), General Management Programme and Human Resource Management (HRM) is as follow; a recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2017 may also apply. All Indian candidates must appear for XAT 2017. However NRI and foreign candidates may apply through GMAT score (except Dubai and Kathmandu wherein candidates have an option of appearing for XAT 2017).
Selection Process for XAT 2017
Candidates will be selected for Postgraduate programme in Business Management (BM), General Management Programme and Human Resource Management (HRM) on the basis of following process;
- XAT score
- Interview
- Group Discussion (GD)
The XAT exam shall be consisted of the following sections:
- Quantitative Ability
- English Language & Logical Reasoning
- Decision Making
- GK
- Essay
XAT 2017 would be conducted across India in the following cities.
Agartala, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Berhampur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Goa, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Surat, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Udaipur, Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam.
XAT 2017 would also be conducted across the following two international cities:
