Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Statistical Officer Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Statistical Officer: Second class master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Commerce or Master degree in any of the above subject with one year’s diploma in Statistics from a recognized University and “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course by DOEACC OR Certificate course on Computer concept by NIELIT, New Delhi. OR \COPA)/ DPCS) or Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Application t. OR Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the Country, with Computer Science/Computer Application as one of the subjects. OR Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Polytechnic institution recognized by the Government.Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
Age limit: 18 to 40 Years.
Selection Process for Assistant Statistical Officer Posts
Written examination will be held for selection of candidates. Written examination will be of Multiple Choice Type and will consist of two papers of 100 Marks. Negative marking shall be applicable and one-third of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.
Syllabus of Examination
Paper I will be on subject of General Knowledge
Paper II will consist of questions from Statistics, Economics and Mathematics.

Online applications will be accepted through the online recruitment portal of RPSC ''rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in". Candidates are required to register for ''One Time Registration (OTR)'' before submission of application. The last date of online application is 6 May 2018 (12 PM).
