RRB NTPC Result 2016 (CEN 03/2015): The latest update released regarding the RRB NTPC Results 2016 is ought to bring relief to all the result expectants. The recent news is that all the RRBs will conduct another Computer Based Test (CBT) as a part of the selection process for the NTPC graduate category posts.
RRBs will declare the result zone wise and the updated answer key will be released before October. Currently, the Board is considering the response and objections raised by candidates.
The Board has mentioned that candidates equal to 15 times of vacancies shall be called for 2nd stage CBT stage. The question paper of the 2nd CBT will comprise of questions related to General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The total time duration will be 90 minutes for 120 MCQs.
Candidates, to be called for this coming exam, will be selected on the basis of merit position in the awaited test result. The 1st CBT was held from 28 March till 03 May 2016.
The Board will select candidates on the basis of merit position obtained in the 2nd stage CBT and/ or aptitude test/ typing skill result.
Recently, individual RRBs had uploaded the Question Papers, Answer Keys and Candidates’ Response for the exam on the websites from 00:00 Hrs. of 12 August.

As of now, the Railway Boards haven’t disclosed the RRB NTPC result (1st CBT stage) declaration date. However the Board has been regularly giving updates on the progress of the result.
Keeping aside the rumours, the Board has cited the process to be ‘in confidential’.
The examination was jointly conducted by 21 RRBs across the nation at various centres. The examination set up was prepared for 93 lakh candidates, though 56 lakh appeared for it.
