Eligibility Criteria for Technical Officer Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Technical Officer/C (Physics): M.Sc. (Master of Science) in Physics / Applied Physics from a recognized University/Board of Technical Education/Institution of Central or State Government with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Applicant should have Physics and Mathematics up to B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc. (Master of Science) with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in M.Sc. as well as in B.Sc.
• Technical Officer/C (Electronics): B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc.(Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech. with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication engineering from a recognized University/Board of Technical Education/Institution of Central or State Government

Age Limit for Technical Officer Posts:

Gen: 37 years

OBC:  40 years

SC/ST: 42 years
