1. Professor: Scale of Pay- Rs.37, 400- Rs.67,000, with AGP Rs. 10, 000/-
2. Lecturer: Scale of Pay- Rs.15,600-Rs.39, 100, with AGP of Rs.8.000/-
3. Reader: ScaIe of Pay- Rs.15,600-39100/- with AGP of Rs.6,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Professor: Candidates should possess Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and having published work of high quality and actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10(ten) publications in referred/peer-reviewed journals, and as books and/ or research/ policy papers
2. Lecturer: Doctoral Degree or equivalent published work in the concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines
3. Reader: Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject or an equivalent degree from an Indian University/ Foreign University with 55% marks & good academic record.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates may send their seven copies of filled-in Application forms and summary sheets in the prescribed format with seven sets of self attested photocopies of certificates, mark sheets, research publications and other documents, one set of application form along with a set of attested photocopies of certificate, mark sheet and published articles, etc in an Envelope containing the application should be super scribed with the Name of Department and Post applied for in Block letters to the Registrar, Sambalpur University, Jyothi Vihar, Burla on or before 30 June 2015.
