The SJVN Ltd (formerly Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited-SJVNL ) was incorporated on May 24, 1988 as a joint venture of the Government of India ( GOI ) and the Government of Himachal Pradesh (GOHP) to plan, investigate, organize, execute, operate and maintain Hydro-electric power projects. It is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Company Secretary and Executive Trainee.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• For Company Secretary: Upper Age Limit is 45 for E6 grade and 50 years for E7 grade
• For Executive Trainee: Upper Age Limit is 30 years as on closing date of advertisement

Pay Scale

• For Company Secretary: For level E6: Rs 43,200 - Rs 66,000 and for level E7: Rs 51,300 - Rs 73,000. In addition to Basic Pay & IDA, the above posts carry attractive perks and allowances.
• For Executive Trainee: During the training period of one year, Executive Trainees will draw Basic Pay of Rs 20600 and IDA, along with other allowance. On successful completion of Training period they will be placed in the regular Pay Scale of Rs 24900-50500 at E2A level.

Selection Procedure

• For Company Secretary: Eligible candidates are required to undergo Personal interview before the Company's Central Selection Board.
• For Executive Trainee: the selection process for Executive Trainee will comprise of Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
