Staff Selection Commission released the dates of Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2013 to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Lower Division Clerk and Data Entry Operator. The candidates should have intermediate or equivalent as minimum qualification for applying this examination. The procedure of selection will complete after conducting  two modes  that are Written Examination and Typing Skill.

The eligibility criteria for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2013 including nationality, education qualification, age limit are given below for the candidates seeking information for the same.

Nationality/ Citizen

A candidate should be either:
(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) A subject of Nepal, or
(c) A subject of Bhutan, or
(d) A refugee of Tibet who came over to India, prior to the 1st January, 1962, with the purpose of permanently settling in India, or
(e) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East
African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly
Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the purpose permanently settling in India

Age Limit

The candidate should be between 18-27 years i.e. he/she must have born not earlier than 02 August 1986 and not later than 01 August 1995 as on 01 August 2013 for Lower Division Clerk and Data Entry Operation.

Education Qualification: ( As on 01 August 2013)

The candidate should have qualified 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized Board or University and should acquire the educational qualification before 01 August 2013. The candidate who fail to acquire the certificate need not to apply. The selected candidates who will appear at the Typing Test/ Skill Test have to bring their original certificates such as Mark sheets, Provisional Certificate, as the proof of attaining the minimum educational qualification on or before 01 August 2013.
