SSC New Website Launched 2024: OTR Fresh Registrations Invited at ssc.gov.in

SSC's New Website Launched: The Staff Selection Commission has launched its new website on February 22, 2024. Candidates can now access the SSC website at www.ssc.gov.in. Previously, the website was ssc.nic.in. Due to the launch of the new website, candidates are required to register afresh on the new platform. Previous registrations on the old website are no longer valid. However, the existing website will remain accessible through a link on the new website.

The official notice reads, "All candidates are advised to do fresh One Time Registration (OTR) on the new website of the Commission, i.e., https://ssc.gov.in/ , as OTR has previously done on earlier version of the Commission’s website, i.e., https://ssc.nic.in/ , stands null & void. The detailed instructions for one time registration may be seen under section 'For Candidates > Special Instructions > Instructions for filling OTR'. All applications for future examinations are required to be submitted online through new website, i.e., https://ssc.gov.in/, only."

How to Register for SSC OTR 2024 ?

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) launched a new website in 2024. Therefore, to do your OTR for SSC upcoming exams in 2024, you need to follow these steps on the new website:

1. 1. Visit the new SSC website: https://ssc.gov.in/
2. Click on "Login or Registration" tab given on the top right
3. Click on 'Register Now'
4.  Read the instructions carefully 
5. Fill in the persona details
6. Create new password
7. Fill up additional details
8. Confir your details
9. You will receive a registration ID and password on your registered mobile number and email ID. Use these credentials to log in and complete your profile by filling in all the required information.
10. Once your profile is complete, you can apply for any SSC exam that you are eligible for.

Here are some important points to remember:

• You can only have one OTR. Do not create multiple registrations.
• Keep your registration ID and password safe and confidential.
• Make sure all the information you provide is accurate and complete. Your candidature may get cancelled in case incorrect or wrong information is furnished.
