SSC SI CISF 2017: Scheme of examination and new pattern

SSC CPO exam patternSSC recruits Sub-inspector and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF, Delhi police and Central Armed forces ( BSF, SSB, ITBP, CRPF and etc.) every year. SSC SI CISF exam is the only dedicated examination for all such recruitments and conducted once in a year. This exam is considered among the most awaited examinations as it offers a lucrative salary package, job security, respects, sense of responsibility, authority and other benefits. From this year onwards, the central government is planning to amend 7thpay commission to its employees, which will encourage candidates across the country to participate in this exam. Hence, it can be predicted that the competition will be tough from this year onwards.

To qualify this examination, it is advised to prepare for this examination at present moment. Therefore, in this context, our duty to inform you about the latest examination scheme and pattern is to be followed from this year and possibly onwards as well. Let us look.

SSC SI CISF 2017: Scheme of Examination

First of all, you must know about the examination dates that is tentatively scheduled from 30thJune, 2017 to 7thJuly, 2017 for Paper-I and Paper-II will be conducted on 8thAugust, 2017.

As discussed above, SSC SI exam will contain two papers i.e. Paper-Paper-II and I.

Paper-I: - This exam will be of maximum 2 hours and there will be four sections that are mentioned below in the table-

English Comprehension (Part-D)



Paper-II: - This examination will be for English language & Comprehension only and comprised of 200 questions for 200 maximum marks. The maximum duration for attempting this exam will be of 2 hours.

Important points to consider:-

You should remember some essential things during preparation and attending examination.

i.                     Question paper for both examinations will be of objective/ Multiple-choice type.

ii.                   Questions in Paper-I will be in bilingual for Part-A, B, and C.

iii.                  You are advised to give answers carefully as there is a provision for deduction of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer in both papers.

iv.                 The commission will decide the qualifying marks for Paper-II.

v.                   Any fabrication or falsification of information will be subjected to cancellation of your candidature.

vi.                 The commission reserves the right to introduce new tiers in the exam process at any time for the particular session.
