Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts 2015-16

Educational Qualifications

• Deputy General Manager (Board Production): First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.
• Deputy General Manager (R&D and QC), Assistant General Manager (R&D and QC): 3 years full time First Class B.Sc. Degree and 2 years full time First Class M.Sc.(Chemistry)(or)First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech.in Pulp & Paper Technology. (or)Full time Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology. (or)First Class full time M.Sc. (Pulp & Paper) / M.Sc. (Cellulose & Paper Technology). (or)First Class full time M.Tech. in Pulp and Paper Technology.
• Deputy General Manager (Finance), Assistant General Manager (Finance), Senior Manager (Finance): CA / ICWAI
• Senior Manager (Board Production): First Class full time B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology.
• Assistant Shift Engineer (Process)/ Junior Shift Engineer (Process)/ Graduate Engineer Trainee: First Class Full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology.
• Assistant Manager (Stores)/ Officer (Stores): First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in any branch of Engineering / Technology.
• Assistant Manager (Security) / Officer (Security): Persons retired from Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Airforce) or Central Paramilitary forces like CRPF / CISF / BSF / RPF with minimum qualification of Graduation in the rank of junior Commissioned Officers. (or)Ex-servicemen with Matriculation who have put in not less than 15 years of military service and who are considered equal to Graduates for Group-C posts (Govt. of India).
