Tripura University Notifies Admission to 2 Year MBA Program for 2013-2015

Tripura University, established in the year 1987. The University Campus at Suryamaninagar is located 9 kms south of the capital city of Agartala. In July 2007, the University has been converted into a Central University.

The University notifies admission to 2 years full time MBA program for the academic session 2013-2015. Interested candidates should send their applications till 12 June 2013 (1630 hours).

Date for Display of Merit List: 21 June 2013
Date on which admission process will be held: 24 June 2013 to 28 June 2013 and 1 July 2013
Classes Commence on: 2 July 2013

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce / Science / Arts with minimum 50% marks or Graduate in Engineering / Technology / Computer Application / Medical Science / Pharmacy / Agriculture with at least 60% marks and minimum prescribed score in MAT (Management Aptitude Test) conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi / in C-MAT conducted by AICTE.

Candidates appearing for their final year exams / awaiting their final year result are also eligible to apply.

Selection Produce:  Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ MAT / C-MAT score, past academic records, and performance in Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

Candidates short-listed on the basis of MAT / C-MAT scores and past academic records will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview to be held at Department of Business Management, Tripura University.

Application fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 300 (for General and OBC candidates) and Rs.150 (for ST / SC / PWD category candidates) have to be deposited through a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Registrar, Tripura University” and payable at ‘SBI, Tripura University Campus Branch (Code No -10495)’.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their applications, in the prescribed format, along with attested copies of relevant documents / testimonials and fee Demand Draft / Challan to “The Co-ordinator, Department of Business Management, Tripura University, Suryamaninagar-799022” so as to reach the concerned authority by 12 June 2013 (1630 hours).
