UCO Bank Apprenticeship Eligibility Criteria 2024

To be eligible for the apprenticeship, the candidates should have completed a graduation degree from a recognised university or institution approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. The age of the candidate should be minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as of July 1, 2024. i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than July 2, 1996, and not later than July 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive)

UCO Bank Apprenticeship Salary 2024

The selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of Rs 15000, out of which UCO Bank will make payments of Rs 10,500 into the apprentices account on a monthly basis. The government share of stipend of Rs 4500 will be directly credited to the apprentices Bank account through DBT mode, as per existing guidelines

UCO Bank Apprenticeship Selection Procedure 2024

The candidates applying for training seats in a particular state, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in any one of the local languages of that state. The test for knowledge of specified local language will be conducted as part of selection process. It will be conducted during the process of document verification Candidates who fail to qualify for this test will not be engaged as apprentice. Candidates who produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet or certificate evidencing having studied the local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

The candidates who are applying for the apprenticeship should not have undergone the apprenticeship either with UCO Bank or any other organisation earlier or pursuing the apprenticeship training as per the Apprentices Act 1961 as amended from time to time

The candidates, who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after completing the education qualifications, shall not be eligible to be engaged as apprentices.
