UGC-NET exam is a test to assess the candidate’s eligibility for the ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD’ and ‘admission to PhD only’ in Indian universities and colleges. The UGC NET Exam 2024 is divided into two papers i.e. Paper 1 is general knowledge on Teaching & Research Aptitude and Paper 2 focuses on History subjects.
