What should be the eligibility for UP Sahayak Panchayat Recruitment 2024?

Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department is going to recruit 4821 posts of Panchayat Assistant. To know the eligibility related to recruitment, you can check the details here-

• The age of the candidates for this recruitment should be 18 to 40 years.
• Along with this, candidates who have passed 12th can apply for this.
• The applicant must be a resident of the same Gram Panchayat. (Panchayat Assistant of the same reserved category will be selected in the category in which the Panchayats are reserved)
• The reserved categories will get relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the state government.

How to apply for UP Sahayak Panchayat Recruitment 2024?

The format of UP Assistant Recruitment Application Form will be available on the Panchayati Raj Department's website panchayatiraj.up.nic.in and prdfinance.up.gov.in from June 15. The form has to be printed out from this website and it has to be filled.

Fill all the information asked in the form carefully. After that, submit it in person or by registered post to your gram panchayat, development block office or district panchayat raj officer's office by June 30.

Educational qualification, age and caste certificates should also be accompanied by the form. 

How will the selection be done in UP Sahayak Panchayat Recruitment 2024?

• The merit list will be prepared on the basis of average marks of percentage of high school and intermediate marks
• If the marks obtained in the educational qualification of two candidates are found to be equal, then the candidate whose age is higher will be given preference in the selection process.
• If the educational marks and age limit of any two candidates will also be the same, then preference will be given to the candidate who has applied earlier.
• If the educational marks and age limit of any two candidates will also be the same, then the candidate applying first will get preference.
