Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared final result for 02 (UR-01, OBC-01) posts of Junior Scientific Officer (Ballistics) in Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Directorate of Forensic Science Services under Ministry of Home Affairs. Candidates are selected on the basis of interview/exam conducted by the organization.

Information from Official Notification:
(i) PS has been done on the basis of the information furnished by the candidates in their online applications.
(ii) Teaching experience and Experience in a field other than Ballistics has not been considered relevant.
(iii) Experience in a Forensic Lab is treated as relevant experience only if the same in the field of Ballistics.
(iv) Some of the candidates can be rejected under more than one category. They have been rejected under the category considered as most appropriate.
