Sought by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Union Public Service commission recommended eighty seven more candidates , which will include 14 General, 55 Other Backward Classes, 11 Scheduled Caste and 07 Schedule Tribe to fill up the remaining posts based on Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2011.
The results for the Central Armed Police Forces Examination 2011 were declared on 30 October 2012 which recommended around 567 candidates in the order of merit for appointment.
Results of another candidate which was withheld were further declared on 30 November 2012 uplifting the total recommendations to 568.
Now the Union Public Service Commission in alliance with the CAPF Examination 2011 has maintained a reserve list .
