Eligibility Criteria for Chief Manager, Manager and Senior Manager

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Chief Manager - Candidates should possess post graduate degree in concerned field with 10 years of relevant experience. 15 years of experience of experience in Marketing / Public relations / mass Communications / Media for Corporate Relation and Communication department
• Manager (Environment and Safety)  - Post Graduate Degree in Environmental science/Environmental Engineering from a recognized National/International University with 5 years experience in Environmental Assessment and Regulations
• Manager (Business Development and Trade Promotion) - Any recognized degree with Post Graduate degree /MBA/equivalent qualification from a recognized National /International University with 5 years of experience in the area of Business Development and Trade Promotion in a service sector / Public sector / Private sector entity.
• Manager (Project Management) - Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized National/International University with 7 years of experience in Planning and Project Implementation.
• Senior Manager (Project Management)  - Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized National/International University with 10 years work experience in Planning and Project implementation.
• Senior Manager (Corporate Legal) - Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University with 15 years work experience in legal wing of Corporates. Proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting

Age Limit:

40 Years

90% weightage for educational qualification and experience and 10% weightage for the interview.
