Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Manager/Dy Manager (Technical): BE (Civil) with 1-year experience or ME (Civil).
Assistant Manager/Dy Manager (Social): MSW / MRS/ MA in Social Work in Rural Development/ MA in any Social Discipline /Post Graduate in Rural Management from recognized university minimum second class with relevant working experience of minimum 3 years.
Assistant Manager/Dy Manager (Water Quality): B.SC (Chemistry/Microbiology) with 1 Year experience or M.SC (Chemistry/Microbiology).
Accountant: B.Com with 2 years experience or M.Com/MBA (Finance)
Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/ ICWA/ Inter CA/ Inter ICWA/ MBA (Finance) with relevant working experience of minimum 1-year having knowledge of Tally software.
Receptionist: Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of MS-Office and should have relevant working experience of minimum 1 year.
