Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• General Manager (Project), Dy. General Manager (Project): Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized Institution with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate of competency (Coal).
• Dy. General Manager (Project): Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering from a recognized Institution with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate of competency (Metal).
• Jr. Manager (Geology): M. Sc or M. Tech in Geology / applied Geo from a recognized University/ Institution.
• Jr. Manager (Survey): Diploma in Mine Surveying.

Age Limit

• General Manager (Project): Less than 65 years.
• Dy. General Manager (Project): Less than 62 years
• Jr. Manager: Less than 35 years

Experience

• General Manager (Project): 15 years post qualification experience for Degree in Mining Engg or 20 years post qualification experience for Diploma in Mining Engg. out of which 7 years of field experience as a key official in a reputed company / Govt. Organization in coal mining and marketing . Preference will be given for experience in New Coal Project implementation.
• Dy. General Manager: 10 years post qualification experience for Degree in Mining Engg or 15 years post qualification experience for Diploma in Mining Engg. out of which 5 years of field experience as a key official in a reputed company / Govt. Organization in coal mining and marketing . Preference will be given for experience in New Coal Project implementation.
• Jr. Manager (Geology): Experience in Geological Exploration work in a reputed company / Govt. Organization is preferred.
• Jr. Manager (Survey): 3 years experience in Mine Surveying with knowledge in Auto CAD, GPS and Total Station Instrument. in a reputed company / Govt. Organization.
