Tech. through lateral entry in Mechanical / Power Plant Engineering from any University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE or from IITs / NITs having at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
  • Assistant Manager (PS) – Probationer (Electrical): Full Time 4 years B. E. or B. Tech. degree / Integrated M. Tech / Dual – degree B. Tech – M. Tech. Programme / B. Sc. – B. Tech. / B. Tech. through lateral entry in Electrical Engineering from any University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE or from IITs / NITs having at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
  • Assistant Manager (PS) – Probationer (Instrumentation): Full Time 4 years B. E. or B. Tech. degree / Integrated M. Tech / Dual – degree B. Tech – M. Tech. Programme / B. Sc. – B. Tech. / B. Tech. through lateral entry in Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation / Control Engineering from any University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE or from IITs / NITs having at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
  • Assistant Manager (Civil) – Probationer: Full Time 4 years B. E. / B. Tech. / Integrated M. Tech. / Dual – Degree B. Tech. – M. Tech. / B. Sc. – B. Tech. / B. Tech. through lateral entry programme in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering from a University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE or from IITs / NITs having at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
  • Assistant Manager (HR&A) – Probationer: Graduate in any discipline with at least 60% marks in MBA (2 years full time course) / MHRM (2 years full time course) with specialization in Personnel Management / IR / HR or Post – Graduate Degree / Diploma (2 years full time course) with specialization in Personnel Management / IR / HR from a University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE or from IIMs / XLRI / IIT B – Schools.
  • Assistant Manager (F&A) – Probationer: Qualified ACA / ACMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountants of India.
  • Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication) – Probationer: Honours Graduate in English / Bengali with 60% marks in honours subject with 2 years full time Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Public Relations / Mass Communication from a recognized University / Institute.
  • Welfare Officer: 2 years full time Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA / MHRM with specialization in Personnel Management / IR / HR from a University recognized by UGC / Institute approved by AICTE or from IIMs / XLRI / IIT B – School with 3 years post qualification experience in coal mines / industrial undertaking as Welfare Officer / Labour Officer / Personnel Officer OR Graduate with Diploma in Social Science / Social Work / Labour Welfare with 15 years post qualification experience in mines / industrial undertaking as Welfare Officer / Labour Officer / Personnel Officer.

Age Limit

  • Assistant Manager: 32 years 
  • Welfare Officer: 35 years
