WBCHSE Class 11 Syllabus English 2024-25 PDF: The West Bengal Board for Higher Secondary Education has released the latest syllabus for Class 11. The syllabus will be followed for the 2024–25 academic year. The syllabus PDF comprises a combined syllabus for semesters I to IV. The WB board has language subjects divided into first and second. Both comprise the English language. English A belongs to first-language subjects, and English B belongs to second-language subjects. The term 1 and term 2 WB Class 11 HS English syllabus for first language is provided here which explains the topics, number of hours, and unit-wise weightage that need to be followed for the 2025 WB Class 11 exams. West Bengal HS Class 11 English A Syllabus 2024-25

The WBCHSE Class 11 English A syllabus is given for theory which is responsible for 80% of the annual weightage. The remaining 20% is allocated for project work and other internal assessments. The 80% weightage is further divided term-wise as 40-40.
